Issue with Wifi Connection

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for any inconvenience.  We’re here to help and will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The app uses Bluetooth to send Wi-Fi credentials to the sensor and Wi-Fi to maintain its connection to the cloud for data transmission.
 Please note that Bluetooth access requires Location permissions. If these were denied during app setup, you can re-enable them by navigating to Settings > Apps > Permissions and granting access again.

If your issue is not with Bluetooth, can you please tell us if you are able to see the different Wifi networks during the scan? 
Please note that the device can only connect to 2.4 GHz networks. 

Will you also be able to send us a screenshot where the failure occurs?
